However, CashKows does not guarantee the security of any information transmitted by the user online and the user does so at their own risk.

CashKows has the right to take whatever action it considers appropriate to preserve the security of the website or transactions performed on it. All payments made on the website are secured by using SSL encryption ensuring a secure transaction. Credit card transactions are done through Netcash, which establishes a secure SSL3 link with a user's browser and complies with "Verified" by Visa and Mastercard Securecode, which are global programmes designed to make financial transactions more secure.

4. The user hereby authorizes CashKows to use any of the information that they provide to CashKows in order for CashKows to perform the services, required by the user.
5. Any financial service(s) rendered to the client shall be liable for payment by the client. Services include, but are not limited to:
   • the sourcing of financial policies available to be cashed out by the client
   • the cashing out of any policy identified by CashKows for the client within a period of six months from the time of being identified
   • any other service rendered to the client by CashKows to enable the completion of their cash payout of policies identied by CashKows
6. Use of this website or the information and services available on the website shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of South Africa and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
